All hourly rates are per person
Standard Clean: $50/hour
Deep Clean: $65/hour
Move In / Out Clean: $55/hour
Construction Clean: $55/hr
Organization / Decluttering: $50/hour
Commercial Clean: $55/hour
Laundry Service: $30/load
Trash Removal: $5/bag
House Check: $50
GENERAL INFORMATION

All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided.
Holidays: LGL is not open on major holiday. Please contact us with any questions.
Vacation Time: LGL takes two unpaid weeks per year worth of vacation time. One week in the spring, and one in the fall. We provide a month's notice to clients for extended time off.
Due to the rising costs of doing business, we reserve the right to adjust our cleaning fees on an as needed basis. We will give as much notice as possible when this happens.
RESIDENTIAL UNITS
Cancellations & Lock Outs:
Changes in schedule often occur. In the event that a scheduled cleaning service must be canceled, please notify us within 24 hours of your upcoming service. This gives us the opportunity to fill that time in schedule. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Please be sure that your home is accessible to our cleaning crew. This includes driveways and walkways to the home being easily and safely passable during all seasons, especially winter. Please make sure that alarms are disarmed or that we have a code or key to use to enter your home. Should your home not be accessible there will be a $50 fee due.
Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of your scheduled service. Any outstanding balances MUST be paid prior to the next scheduled service. If payment is not received, your next scheduled service will not take place. Invoices outstanding after 10 days will receive an additional fee of $5/day.
Pets:
Please make sure any animals that are dangerous or unknown to employees are secured. We are not responsible for cleaning up any pet waste (vomit, fences, or urine.)
Illness:
Should I or an employee be ill, I will call and cancel the scheduled service. If you or a member of your household are ill and will be at home, please call to notify me immediately to cancel service. In case of a cancellation due to illness, your appointment will not be rescheduled and you will not receive a cancellation fee. We will resume service with our next scheduled service time. Thank you in advance.
These symptoms include: coughing, fever, stuffy/runny nose, etc. We are not responsible for cleaning up any human body waste (vomit, feces, or urine) at any time.

Same Day Turns: additional $25 fee due.
New Booking Notice/Last Minute Booking Fee:
48 hours notice of any new bookings if preferred. For example, today is March 15th and I got a text from you asking for a clean on the 16th. I cannot guarantee that will be able to be done but will do my very best to accommodate you! Any service accepted with under 24 hours notice will automatically incur a $25 fee on top of the hourly rate.
